- Unlimited vendor contacts and final confirmations
- Venue set up and coverage (3 hours)
This package works with the client from the beginning stages of planning until the last guest leaves. Your Event director will help you with ideas, invites, design, colors, venue, caterers and more!
Intermediate
This package works with the client mid-way through the event or on specific details of the event. Your Event Director can aide you on every aspect of your event from the time you become our client or relieve you from specific duties.
Emergency
This package works with the client in the last stages of the event. This can be a "day of" service that provides last minute coverage. This is like an "Emergency Event Planner".

Do It Yourself
Starting at $150
This package assists you in planning your own event. Includes 3 phone consultations, and an Event Specific "tool-kit" containing samples, checklists, local vendor lists and more.
Each kit is personally packaged
to meet your needs based on
the initial consultation.
